4th of July in the City of Brighton

We love 4th of July weekend.

You don’t need to go on vacation to have a great time! With plenty of inland lakes and recreational parks nearby, plus a great downtown, Brighton can be your holiday destination or staycation.

Enjoy shopping and dining, and a great town for walking, plus the millpond and playscape, Brighton has a things to do and beauty to enjoy for all ages. As always the 4th of July Parade will be happening and we’ll be open that morning through it, to enjoy it with you.

Parade starts at 10:00 am on Tuesday July 4th, 2017
The parade route starts at the BECC building located at Main Street and Church, then proceeds through downtown and ends at the Brighton High School

There are many things to do including the Hungry Duck race after the parade and kids love playing in Brighton’s largest sprinkler which will be on Main Street at St. Paul at the end of the parade!

Make sure you stop in Two Brothers Brew & Eatery to see what beers are on tap, check out our featured drinks are, grab a fresh baked good, order in or take-out from our fabulous light menu. Enjoy our outdoor seating areas and watch the people and cars go by, catch some shade from the sun, cool off with a smoothie, Latte or made to order Italian Soda.

Get a bottle of wine to-go for your get-togethers.

Enjoy a break, “morning, noon or night.”

Celebrate your freedoms with gratitude. Have a happy and safe 4th!
